Job summary

Vanguard in Malvern leads the design, implementation and ongoing operation of Unified Security Posture (USP) dashboards and scorecards. You will translate requirements into prototype and production visuals, ensuring accessibility, usability and reliable delivery for executives and security teams.

The role blends UX leadership with data storytelling and collaboration across Product, Data Engineering and Risk teams, in a hybrid work environment within Vanguard's cybersecurity program.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent; graduate degree preferred.
• Experience with cybersecurity, vulnerability management, attack-surface management, risk analytics or technical-control reporting.
• Experience with enterprise design systems, accessibility, user research and data storytelling for executives.
• Education/experience in HCI, UX, information design, analytics, CS or risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary team of analysts and UX designers.
• Develop dashboard visualizations, scorecards and reports.
• Establish dashboard design system and accessibility standards.
• Partner with Product Owner and Data Engineering to deliver dashboards.
• Ensure production quality and governance of USP insights.
