Job summary

Vanguard seeks a Manager of Attack Readiness Insights to lead a cross-functional team delivering unified security posture dashboards and scorecards. You will shape UX, data visualization, and data engineering collaboration to enable executive decisions and actionable insights.

You will drive design system standards, accessibility, and performance while partnering with Product and Security teams to translate requirements into reliable, scalable dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years related work experience in BI or security analytics.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Experience with cybersecurity posture metrics and data storytelling for executives.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and enterprise design systems.
• Ability to translate requirements into dashboards and user interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of BI analysts and UX designers.
• Define standards for dashboards, accessibility and performance.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into production dashboards and scorecards.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Data Engineering on data Delivery.
• Own release, testing, monitoring and lifecycle management of USP assets.
• Engage stakeholders to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
