Job summary

State Street is seeking a senior leader to head SSIM Asset Manager distribution, driving ETF adoption and enterprise-wide sales initiatives. The role focuses on executive relationships with asset managers, model providers, and institutional investors, while leading a high-performing distribution team.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in ETFs and asset management, with a proven track record in revenue growth and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in ETFs, asset management, institutional sales, capital markets, or investment distribution.
• Demonstrated experience leading large client relationships and strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of ETF market structure, portfolio construction, and institutional investment management.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and asset gathering.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic plan for the SSIM Asset Manager segment.
• Drive ETF asset growth, revenue generation, and market share expansion.
• Maintain executive-level relationships with asset managers, model providers, ETF strategists, and institutional investors.
• Lead commercial engagements with strategic partners and expansion opportunities.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top investment and sales talent.
• Partner with ETF Capital Markets, Product, Investments, Marketing, Operations, Client Coverage, and Trading teams.
• Act as a recognized ETF industry expert internally and externally.
