Responsibilities

• Oversee process validation, assembly engineering, and testing for control cabinet production.
• Ensure compliance with standards and drive process improvements for efficiency.
• Lead engineers and technicians; coordinate with global teams; support troubleshooting and QA.
• Develop tools for order configuration checks and analyze validation data for trends.
• Train staff on test systems and maintain UL/commercial testing standards.
