Job summary

Enercon Industries Corp seeks an Electrical Assembler to build and wire Cap Sealer and Corona Treater panels and cabinets, following BOMs, blueprints, and wiring diagrams. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of electrical assembly experience, proficiency with hand tools, soldering, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wire panel and power supplies, modify if necessary and inspect parts prior to installation.
• Mark all wires as indicated on wiring diagrams.
• Apply thermal and anti-seize compounds according to procedures.
• Wrap and anchor wire harnesses according to procedures or special orders.
• Assemble and wire Cap Sealer panels and cabinets per wiring and hose instructions.
• Install fittings to prevent leaks and ensure electrical clearances.
• Label power supply cabinets and inspect cabinets for flaws before installing panels.

Position Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team in the role of an Assembler.

Key Responsibilities:

The Electrical Assembler constructs company products in accordance with applicable Bills of Material, blueprints, and assembly instructions. This position assembles and wires Cap Sealer and Corona Treater panels and cabinets according to wiring diagrams and keeps the Department Manager informed of sub-assembly and fabrication part requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Wire panel and power supplies, modifies if necessary and inspects parts prior to installation
• Marks all wires as indicated on wiring diagrams
• Applies thermal and anti-seize compounds according to established procedures
• Wraps and anchors wire harnesses according to established procedures or special orders
• Assembles and wires Cap Sealer panels and cabinets according to wiring and hosing instructions with special attention to hose length and hose camp accessibility
• Installs fittings that ensure prevention of leaks and facilitates proper electrical clearances
• Labels power supply cabinets and inspects cabinets for flaws prior to installing panels
