Ideal candidates have a BS in Engineering or an AS with 5+ years of high-volume manufacturing experience; PLC troubleshooting is a plus and will be considered in evaluating candidates.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering degree preferred, but AS with 5+ years in high-volume manufacturing will be considered.
• Experience with process capability studies, control plans, and PFMEA documentation.
• Willingness to write technical work instructions for equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist on projects to continue automating production lines.
• Perform process capability studies and develop control plans and PFMEA documentation.
