MPI, a global consumer products organization, seeks a Manager, Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable to lead AR and AP functions, manage onshore and offshore teams, and partner with Finance leadership on cash management and process improvements.

The role emphasizes high-volume transaction processing, vendor payments, and driving automation to improve efficiency and reporting across retail, e-commerce, and professional channels.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience including AR/AP, cash management or related functions.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with offshore/shared services is highly preferred.
• Strong Excel, analytics, and reconciliations skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day AR and AP functions, overseeing onshore and offshore professionals.
• Oversee invoice processing, vendor payments, collections, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
• Drive process improvements and automation to streamline workflows.
• Partner with Finance leadership on cash flow, working capital, and reporting.
• Monitor aging, deductions, chargebacks, and vendor balances; ensure proactive resolution.
• Build cross-functional relationships with Finance, Sales, and Customer Service to support objectives.
• Provide analysis and reporting on receivables, payables, cash management, and performance.
