Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s degree preferred.
• Five years of administrative, supervisory, management, workforce development, apprenticeship, contract education, or related experience.
• Experience with grants, contracts and program administration.
• Knowledge of workforce development initiatives and apprenticeship programs.
• Ability to develop, cultivate and maintain partnerships with employers and community stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate advancement of apprenticeship programs and assess student outcomes.
• Lead fundraising and grant opportunities for apprenticeship and workforce programs.
• Monitor compliance with federal/state regulations and manage funds.
• Develop budget plans and supervise expenditures for grants and programs.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with employers, labor groups, and community partners.
• Promote programs and coordinate marketing with internal teams.
• Engage with local and regional partners to grow apprenticeship and contract education.
