Job summary

Attentive is seeking a senior leader to shepherd our Applied Science / Data Science team. You will lead high-performing data scientists, define the vision for applied data science across product areas, and partner with senior leaders to shape strategy.

You will develop innovative ML solutions, advocate rigorous experimentation, and influence product direction while delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Data Science, ML, Analytics, or related fields.
• 3+ years managing high-performing data science teams.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with large-scale datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Applied Scientists / Data Scientists.
• Define and execute the applied data science roadmap with Product, Engineering and execs.
• Develop ML models, experimentation frameworks, and causal inference methods to improve product performance.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable analytical and ML solutions.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to influence strategy.
