Attentive is seeking a seasoned AI engineering leader to shape our Developer Experience and Business Enablement platforms. You will define strategy for two agile teams, hire and mentor managers, and drive adoption of AI tooling across engineering and business functions.

This leadership role requires 10+ years in software engineering with 4+ years of manager experience, and a proven track record in building scalable developer tooling and AI workflows.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in software engineering and 4+ years leading engineering teams.
• Experience building developer tooling and AI-powered workflows preferred.
• Strong ability to drive strategy, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy for both AI Developer Experience and AI Business Enablement teams.
• Lead and develop two managers, hire top engineers, and uphold high execution standards.
• Evaluate tools and workflows, decide what to build or buy, and drive adoption across teams.
