Attentive is hiring a senior leader to guide two AI-focused teams—AI Developer Experience and AI Business Enablement—building tooling, workflows, and secure environments that accelerate software delivery with AI. You will set strategy, coach two managers, and partner with Engineering, Security, IT, and business leaders to drive adoption and measurable improvement in how AI is used across the company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering.
• 4+ years leading engineering teams, including managers.
• Built developer tooling or development platforms for complex systems.
• Strong platform fundamentals and safe AI development.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy for AI Developer Experience and AI Business Enablement.
• Lead two managers and hire strong teams.
• Evaluate tools and prototype workflows; decide what to build or buy.
• Drive adoption of useful products with strong defaults.
• Measure results with faster delivery cycles and reliable software.
