Oumi is seeking a Senior Field ML Engineer to bridge advanced ML capabilities and customer success. You will design, train, and deploy AI models on Oumi’s platform, working closely with customers to ensure scalable and reliable solutions while feeding feedback to product and research teams.

You’ll collaborate across research, product and engineering to deliver a world-class experience, educate customers, and help expand adoption of Oumi’s AI platform in a remote/hybrid environment across offices

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in applied ML, ML infrastructure, or solution/sales engineering roles.
• Solid understanding of machine learning workflows and training/fine-tuning foundation models (LLMs, diffusion, multimodal).
• Proficient in Python with AI/LLM best practices and production use cases (RAG, agents).
• Strong ability to communicate complex tech to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Drive success with customers through pre- and post-sales lifecycle, demos, PoCs, training and deployment.
• Create, train and evaluate modern LLMs and other AI models on Oumi’s platform.
• Design scalable ML workflows in data prep, training, and deployment.
• Be a technical advocate and translate research innovations into practical solutions for customers.
• Collaborate with product/research to surface customer needs and shape the platform.
• Develop technical guides, demos and best practices for customers and the open community.
