Job summary

Tremco CPG North America's Accounts Payable and Cash Application functions are led by a director who serves as a subject matter expert, guiding a global team of 20+ professionals across the GSC in India and onshore teams in the U.S. and Canada.

The role partners with RPM Treasury, banking partners, and the credit card program while owning internal controls and driving continuous process improvement in a modern finance technology landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of progressive AP/cash management experience.
• Hands-on SAP and ReadSoft experience required.
• Experience liaising with treasury, banks, and card programs preferred.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global AP and cash application team (20+ members) across onshore and GSC locations.
• Champion AP/cash application best practices for efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls.
• Support month-end close for AP and cash application activities.
• Drive automation initiatives (e.g., HighRadius, ReadSoft) and process redesign.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external partners (treasury, vendors, banks).
