Farmers is seeking a Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics to lead a two-person analytics team and partner across Life Insurance. The role shapes data access, turning insights into decisions that drive profitable growth through dashboards and models.

You will shepherd analytics initiatives, ensure data quality, and align with executives on data-driven strategies, while coaching analysts and delivering high-visibility projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field; master's preferred.
• 7–10 years in BI/analytics or data science with dashboards.
• Power BI and SQL expertise; cloud data platforms experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics engine for Life Insurance, building dashboards for stakeholders.
• Guide analytics strategy, approve initiatives, and oversee data products.
• Supervise two analysts and develop team capabilities.
• Translate business questions into analytics requirements and roadmaps.
