Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Director of Product Experience & Syndication to lead the enterprise function responsible for data quality, governance, enrichment, launch readiness, and omnichannel activation of product data and customer content across the brand portfolio.

The role manages four managers and 20+ staff, partnering with Product, Brand, Sales, IS, Compliance, Finance, and Digital Experience to deliver scalable capabilities that drive growth, digital experiences, and commercial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7+ years in product data management, product information management, or digital content operations.
• Experience leading through managers or multi-layer teams.
• Experience with PXM/PIM, DAM, syndication, digital shelf, ecommerce, or product data platforms (InRiver, Salsify, Syndigo, Stibo STEP, Bynder).
• Experience leading technology-enabled transformation including change management and process redesign.
• Strong understanding of retail, ecommerce, and digital channel requirements; high-SKU complexity in durable goods or consumer products preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled content, workflow automation, API-based syndication, and data governance tooling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop four direct-report managers and a 20+ person team across Product Data, Omni Retail Content, Ecommerce, Trade, and related data capabilities.
• Own the business capability roadmap for PXM, syndication, content workflows, and digital shelf analytics.
• Design and evolve an omnichannel content operations model to support growth across brands and channels.
• Establish governance, data quality, regulatory compliance, and enterprise-wide data standards.
