Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Workforce Planning Analyst to partner with Finance and HR leadership to manage salaried headcount governance, tracking positions, requests, open roles, contractor usage, and budget alignment.

The role supports multi-site manufacturing workforce planning across hourly populations and involves developing analytical models, collaborating with HR and legal, and coordinating HRIS updates.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS systems to execute & maintain employee transactions & records.
• Working with large workforce datasets to provide relevant insights & recommendations.
• Strong Excel skills to build or evolve analytical tools.
• Communication skills with ability to influence others and achieve collaborative alignment.
• Understanding of HR policies, legal compliance and workforce planning activities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and HR to manage salaried headcount governance and budget alignment.
• Support multi-site manufacturing workforce planning across hourly populations.
• Create/update analytical workforce planning models for staffing scenarios.
• Collaborate with HR, legal and leaders on workforce risks and actions.
• Recommend HRIS updates based on organization changes including compensation.
• Project management to coordinate resources for workforce changes.
