Job summary

Siege Media is seeking a hybrid implementer/strategist to build and lead the Analytics practice. This role focuses on setting standards for data implementations and translating data into actionable strategies for clients.

Ideal candidates will have 7-10 years of experience in web analytics, deep expertise in GA4 and GTM, and a client-facing presence. Perks include 100% health benefits and unlimited PTO, with a preference for candidates in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in marketing or web analytics, with agency or in-house experience.
• Deep expertise in GA4 and GTM, including server-side tagging.
• Proven attribution modeling and measurement strategy skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics implementations using GA4 and GTM.
• Design and build reporting dashboards using BI tools.
• Develop attribution models linking efforts to business outcomes.
• Present insights and strategies confidently to clients.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations across implementations.
