Job summary

Tangem ищет опытного менеджера по глобальной программе амбассадоров. Ваша задача — запустить и масштабировать программу, управляющую 50+ амбассардорами, включая специальную landing page и глобальные регионы: США, Европа и LATAM. Важны энергия, ориентация на результат и способность работать автономно.

Кандидат должен уметь формировать роли, активности, стимулы и ожидания, а также развивать инициативы по контенту, сообществу, мероприятиям и адвокации, поддерживая бренд Tangem на мировой арене.

Qualifications

• Опыт управления программами амбассадоров.
• Способность к вдохновению и вовлечению бренда.
• Умение работать автономно и измерять результаты.
• Приветствуется опыт в крипто/Web3, но не обязателен, главное — доказанная эффективность в аналогичной программе.

Responsibilities

• Управлять глобальной программой амбассадоров Tangem от начала до конца.
• Расширять программу на ключевых регионах: США, Германия, Франция, LATAM, Индия и т. д.
• Определять роли, активности, стимулы и ожидания амбассардоров.
• Вести инициативы амбассадоров по контенту, развитию сообщества, мероприятиям и адвокации.
• Обеспечивать активность амбассардоров, мотивацию и единый стиль бренда; совершенствовать процессы и инструменты по мере роста программы.

Manage Tangem's global ambassador program end-to-end. Scale the existing program (50+ ambassadors, dedicated landing page) into a larger, more impactful global initiative. Recruit, onboard, and manage ambassadors across key regions: USA, Germany, France, LATAM, India, etc. Define ambassador roles, activities, incentives, and expectations. Drive ambassador-led initiatives: content, community growth, events, and advocacy. Keep ambassadors active, motivated, and aligned with Tangem's brand and goals. Continuously improve processes, tooling, and structure as the program grows.

Proven experience managing ambassador programs. Passion and energy that will inspire everyone around you. Strong understanding of community-driven growth and brand advocacy. Ability to operate independently and execute without detailed instructions. Strong organizational and communication skills. Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes. Будет плюсом: Experience in crypto or Web3 is a strong plus, but not required - as long as you've led a high-impact ambassador or advocacy program in an adjacent industry (e.g. fintech, consumer tech, retail, education, or global brands)
