Job summary

Paul Gough Media is seeking a Head of AI Sales to own revenue for PAULAI, its rapidly growing AI division. You will personally prospect, run sales conversations, and close deals while leading the SDR function to scale a healthcare AI product.

Location: Celebration, FL – In Office. Base salary $90-100k plus uncapped commissions, with ambitious targets and a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of personally closing high-ticket products or services.
• Experience selling SaaS, AI, software, technology, recurring services or similar solutions.
• Strong prospecting and self-generation skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Personally generate and close business; book 4–5 qualified appointments per week.
• Lead and develop the SDR function to ensure 20 SDR-generated appointments sat per month.
• Run discovery calls, demos, presentations, and follow-up conversations.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and forecast revenue accurately.
• Coach and improve sales scripts, messaging, and CRM workflows.
• Close a minimum of 5 new contracts per month and manage objections effectively.
