Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager to build and lead the AI Safety & Security Engineering team from its inception. You will hire across harness and platform engineering, security research, and evaluation, aligning disciplines into one group at a sustainable pace.

You will own the Find, Validate, and Patch roadmap, make trade-offs visible, and report progress in plain language. Strong leadership and technical depth are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 12+ years in software engineering.
• 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Experience guiding teams that build distributed infrastructure, ML platforms, or security tooling.
• Ability to define and guide a young program.

Responsibilities

• Team building: Hire, coach, and grow the founding engineering team.
• Delivery: Lead the Find, Validate, and Patch engineering roadmap.
• Partnership: Collaborate with evaluation, security, and platform leadership.
• Communication: Share clear, honest engineering status across NVIDIA.
