You will recruit, coach, and align with leadership while translating security and ML challenges into practical plans, ensuring sustainable progress across the org.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software engineering with 5+ years leading engineering teams.
• Experience guiding teams that build complex systems—distributed infra, ML platforms, or security tooling.
• Ability to balance architecture and evaluation trade-offs in ML or systems software.
• Comfort operating in a young program with evolving scope.

Responsibilities

• Team building: hire, coach, and grow the founding engineering team.
• Delivery: lead the Find, Validate, and Patch roadmap.
