Amplitude, the leading AI analytics platform, is seeking a Director of Product Management for AI & Growth. You will own the strategy and execution for AI agents, MCP and headless capabilities to drive value, adoption and retention across customers.

You will lead a high-performing team, partner across product and engineering, and shape pricing and packaging for AI capabilities, while being a recognized voice for AI at Amplitude.

Formación

• 10+ years of product management experience, incl. 3+ years leading teams
• 2+ years building AI products, with agentic capabilities (LLM-powered agents, tool use, orchestration)
• Growth experience: activation, engagement or retention metrics driven by experiments
• Nice to have: B2B SaaS, analytics, data and martech products
• Track record of launching 0-to-1 products and scaling adoption and revenue
• Technical depth to discuss model selection, latency/cost trade-offs, AI safety/governance
• Experience executing complex initiatives with engineering and design
• Strong communication with executives, customers and large audiences
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly evolving roadmaps
• History of setting ambitious goals and delivering through collaboration

Responsabilidades

• Set the AI product vision and roadmap for agents and headless capabilities.
• Build verticalized workflows for e-commerce, media, fintech, and B2B SaaS.
• Own the growth engine: activation, engagement, retention and expansion.
• Define success for AI with evals, benchmarks, guardrails, and feedback loops.
• Shape pricing and packaging for AI capabilities in collaboration with Finance and Sales.
• Hire, lead and coach product managers and designers; raise the bar for craft.
• Be the voice of AI and Growth to customers, analysts and partners.
• Partner with Core Analytics, Data Platform and other teams to drive adoption.
