Job summary

Amplitude, Inc. is seeking a product lead to define the strategy and vision for our agentic surfaces and MCP platform, driving design and engineering teams to deliver innovations at speed.

You will shape the roadmap for AI agents that help customers derive rapid insights, with a focus on expanding access via coding agents, CLI, IDE, and our UI. This role requires strong leadership and a track record of delivering complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, including taking 0-to-1 products from concept through delivery.
• 3+ years building products on AI/ML technologies, with hands-on delivery of agentic products.
• Fluency in the latest LLM trends, models, and tools, with understanding of context management and eval methods.

Responsibilities

• Define the direction for Amplitude's agents and MCP surfaces over the next 12 to 24 months, and determine the priorities that will guide investment.
• Own the product vision for how AI agents help customers gain insights faster and take actions to improve products.
• Advance MCP capabilities so customers work with Amplitude from coding agent, CLI, or IDE in addition to UI.
• Create evals, quality standards, and feedback mechanisms to measure customer value.
