Amplitude, the leading AI analytics platform, is seeking a product lead for its agentic surface area based in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will set strategy and vision, and lead design and engineering to deliver innovative AI agent products while serving as the company’s thought leader on agentic initiatives.

You will partner with sales and customer teams to understand workflows, define priorities for the next 12–24 months, and build MCP capabilities so customers can work from coding agents,

Formación

• 7+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years building AI/ML products with hands-on work on agentic products
• Fluency in latest LLM trends and tools, understanding context management, latency, eval methods, failure modes
• Experience building systems that measure product improvement over time
• Track record delivering complex initiatives with engineering and design
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and rapid change with evolving roadmaps
• History of setting ambitious goals and delivering with clear strategy and execution

Responsabilidades

• Define the direction for Amplitude's agents and MCP surfaces over 12–24 months
• Own the product vision for AI agents to drive insights, decisions, and actions
• Advance MCP capabilities to enable coding agent, CLI, IDE, and UI workflows
• Create evals, quality standards, and feedback to measure customer value
• Talk with customers to identify new opportunities and use cases for AI agents
• Partner with field organization to position, demo, and support AI Agent products
• Serve as a thought leader on agentic products and best practices
