Pfizer is seeking a seasoned leader to drive AI-powered analytics for US Medical Affairs. Lead the data portfolio, scout external innovations, and build in-house AI/ML capabilities.

Establish governance and scalable data architectures while engaging senior leaders on data strategy for competitive advantage. You will guide a roadmap blending patient journey analytics, segmentation, and stakeholder evaluation, while ensuring compliance and data quality across rapidly evolving healthcare data

Qualifications

• Bachelors + 12+ years' experience; MBA + 10+; PharmD/PHD + 7+ in data & analytics with medical affairs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and translating data into business impact.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and matrixed or indirect leadership experience.
• Excellent English communication across scientific, regulatory and business settings.

Responsibilities

• Define an ambitious AI/data analytics vision for Medical Affairs and communicate it to senior leadership.
• Lead development teams and translate needs into a data science/AI roadmap.
• Prioritize innovations that build proprietary capability and business impact.
• Present analytics progress and recommendations to executives with clear business outcomes.
• Champion data governance, security, ethics, and regulatory compliance.
