Job summary

Bullish, Inc. is seeking a Head of AI Platform & Enablement to own enterprise AI strategy and delivery. You will drive adoption, partner with business leaders to improve workflows, and lead development of shared AI capabilities. You will work hands-on while building the team and setting priorities.

You will collaborate with Platform Engineering on infrastructure, define the capability roadmap, and ensure measurable business results. This is the first hire in this function.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of AI models, agent systems, MCP and RAG with hands-on experimentation.
• Experience building and deploying production AI systems with guardrails.
• Ability to lead architecture decisions and guide engineering trade-offs.
• Proven track record delivering measurable results with business leaders.
• Experience collaborating with executive teams to set priorities and investments.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise AI strategy for Bullish Group and set adoption milestones.
• Build and lead the AI Platform & Enablement team and partner with recruiting.
• Define the AI capability roadmap including agents, connectors and tools.
• Oversee infrastructure collaboration with Platform Engineering for reliability.
• Lead AI tool rollout, access control, administration, and governance.
