Job summary

Freshworks in San Mateo is seeking a Senior Director of AI Platform Product Management to own strategy, roadmap, and execution for our AI agent platform. You will lead a team of product managers, partnering with Engineering and executive leadership to scale autonomous agents across the Freshworks ecosystem.

You will drive the core agent framework, define interoperability standards, and oversee lifecycle governance, with a focus on enterprise-grade safety and performance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute end-to-end AI agent platform strategy and roadmap.
• Direct vision for core agent framework including authoring interfaces and runtime engines.
• Establish standards for interoperability, security policies, and integrations.
• Architect governance for evaluation, testing, telemetry, and cost optimization.
• Lead knowledge management, context retrieval, memory, and state management work.
• Drive lifecycle of shared digital workers from concept to adoption.
• Lead PM team with quarterly OKRs and a high-trust culture.
• Collaborate with engineering and customer teams to translate enterprise needs.
