You’ll coordinate hundreds of engineers and maintain scalable playbooks that codify best practices.

The role emphasizes process optimization, client-facing leadership with top AI labs, and building robust data workflows that sustain multi-year partnerships.

• Strong analytical and communication abilities; able to spot bottlenecks and quantify impact.
• Customer-facing experience with high-profile clients and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Excited by optimizing complex operations and coordinating large programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery on every project you run.
• Design and manage data pipelines from customer specification to final delivery.
• Diagnose bottlenecks in real time and scale review processes.
• Act as face of Turing with frontier AI labs and stakeholders.
• Coordinate 100–1,000+ contributors across distributed workspaces.
• Document improvements and maintain scalable playbooks.
