Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or business operations at a high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Proven ability to drive complex cross-functional projects from start to finish.
• Thrives in ambiguity and moves with urgency.
• Collaborative and diplomatic, you build trust quickly and lead through influence.
• Owner mindset with accountability for outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own high-priority, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end - from scoping and analysis through execution and measurement
• Partner with executive leaders to define and prioritize the most critical strategic questions facing the business
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses - market sizing, competitive landscape, unit economics - and turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations
• Identify operational bottlenecks and design process improvements that drive efficiency and margin across the business
• Develop and maintain critical operating metrics and reporting cadences, communicating insights to senior stakeholders in a clear, compelling way
• Serve as a connective layer across Product, GTM, Revenue, and Customer teams - aligning stakeholders, facilitating decisions, and removing blockers
• Support monthly and quarterly planning cycles, including OKR tracking and resource prioritization
