Qualifications

• 12+ years of design experience, including 5+ years managing designers.
• Experience leading designers in a B2B SaaS environment.
• AI‑product judgment in consequential domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of three designers.
• Own design direction across USP and set a high craft bar.
• Stay hands‑on on high‑leverage design work when needed.
• Represent design on the USP quartet and influence strategy.
• Guide end‑to‑end service design with journey mapping and blueprints.
• Champion AI‑native design practices and tool fluency.
• Partner on hiring and team growth.
