ServiceNow seeks a senior product marketing leader to harmonize IT operations and AI-native workflows into a single, market-defining story. You will connect ITSM, ITOM, and emerging AI-native solutions, shaping the category narrative while guiding GTM and analyst engagement.

This role operates at senior level, collaborating with peers across marketing, product, and sales to drive impact. You will build influential relationships with CIOs/CTOs and translate their needs into compelling portfolio

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product marketing, product management, or marketing leadership.
• Direct experience in IT operations, ITSM, ITOM, security, or adjacent enterprise software.
• Track record building category or platform narratives that combine multiple product stories.
• Ability to lead through influence across peer teams and executives.
• Fluency in AI-native product marketing and practical customer value.
• Experience hiring, coaching, and growing marketing teams.
• Comfort moving between narrative work and hands-on execution; travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Define the portfolio-level narrative and go-to-market strategy for Autonomous IT and AI-native workflows.
• Own the AI-native category play: positioning, thought leadership, flagship narrative.
• Shape connective GTM across the portfolio and align analyst/press narratives.
• Represent ServiceNow's Autonomous IT voice with customers, analysts, and press.
• Build relationships with CIOs/CTOs and translate needs into the portfolio story.
• Collaborate with global marketing, product management, sales, and partners.
• Develop a library of customer proof points across industries and use cases.
• Lead and grow a high-performing product and solutions marketing team.
