ServiceNow seeks a senior leader to run the product marketing organization for AI-native and Autonomous IT solutions. You will own the category narrative, drive strategy across IT operations, security and portfolio management, and lead a global team to shape campaigns and go-to-market execution.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product marketing or marketing leadership with executive presence.
• Direct experience in IT operations or adjacent enterprise software markets.
• Proven ability to build category narratives at an executive level.

Responsibilities

• Set the portfolio-level narrative and category strategy for Autonomous IT solutions.
• Drive the AI-native category play at an executive level with positioning and external representation.
• Lead a global product marketing organization and grow talent across marketing, sales and product.
• Define integrated campaigns, GTM strategy and global activation.
• Partner with marketing, product, sales and partners at an executive level.
