Job summary

k0rdent AI, an IREN company, is hiring a Head of Solutions Architecture to own the technical win, build the pre-sales organization from the ground up, and lead the architecture strategy for high-value AI infrastructure deals.

You will partner with NeoClouds, AI-native startups, and sovereign buyers to design end-to-end solutions across compute, networking, storage, and orchestration, shaping our product roadmap from field intelligence and delivering competitive TCO models.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading technical sales in complex B2B deals.
• Experience building and leading pre-sales teams for AI infrastructure deployments.
• Deep knowledge of GPU architectures and high-speed interconnects.
• Experience with cloud-native orchestration for AI (Kubernetes GPU operators, Metal3/Ironic).

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the pre-sales engine with a global SA/Field Engineer team.
• Own the technical win in strategic enterprise opportunities with long sales cycles and high ACV/TCV.
• Serve as the technical voice of the customer, feeding requirements to product and engineering.
• Define architecture strategies across compute, storage, networking, and orchestration.
