Theron Solutions in New York is seeking an experienced Head of AI to lead the AI and technology function across sectors. This newly scoped leadership role combines AI strategy, engineering, solution architecture, client engagement, and team development in a hybrid work model.
You will drive GenAI, LLM and Agentic AI initiatives from concept to production, own AI/ML architectures, mentor 30+ engineers, and partner with C-suite stakeholders to deliver enterprise AI solutions while upholding
Competenze
- 15+ years of progressive technology experience
- 5+ years in a senior engineering/technology leadership role
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of 30+ professionals
- Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML, LLMs, GenAI and Agentic AI
- Strong expertise in at least one major cloud platform – AWS, Azure or GCP
- Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale AI/data solutions
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage CTOs, CDOs and VP Engineering stakeholders
- Experience with modern engineering practices, DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes and Infrastructure-as-Code
