Lead AI capabilities in mobile apps across iOS and Android, govern model usage, and collaborate with product and leadership to align AI initiatives with enterprise goals while delivering production-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience across backend, APIs, and mobile.
• 3+ years in an engineering leadership role with direct reports.
• Proven ability to build high-performing engineering teams.
• Hands-on AI/ML capabilities including LLM APIs, embeddings, RAG patterns.
• Experience with cloud-native patterns, microservices, CI/CD, automation.
• Strong executive communication; can influence at VP/C-suite level.
• Ability to balance technical credibility with strategic scope.

Responsibilities

• Hire and mentor a team of AI and full-stack engineers and set performance expectations.
• Define multi-year AI adoption vision and governance.
• Lead AI capabilities in mobile apps across iOS and Android, and cross-platform frameworks.
• Establish model governance frameworks and responsible AI standards.
• Translate technical work to business impact for executive stakeholders.
• Review end-to-end solution designs across UI, APIs, data pipelines.
