Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-stack software engineering across front-end, back end, and mobile.
• Influential IC who drives architecture decisions without formal management.
• Strong communicator to build trust with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Experience authoring or deploying autonomous/agentic AI systems.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted development tools to improve velocity and quality.
• Experience implementing observability, analytics, and reporting across apps.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical voice for the Web & Mobile team, setting direction on architecture, AI enablement, DevOps, and engineering standards.
• Own architectural design decisions across front end, back end/API services, middleware, and mobile.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices across the team; evaluate and apply AI tooling to improve engineering velocity and code quality.
• Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders across engineering, product, and the business to align technical direction with organizational priorities
• Build and champion observability, analytics, and reporting practices across mobile apps and the broader technical landscape.
• Evaluate new integrations (APIs, SDKs, proof-of-concepts) and guide how they get incorporated into web and mobile applications.
