Job summary

ZS is seeking an AI Engineering Manager in ZAIDYN Engineering & Architecture to own end-to-end GenAI-enabled system architecture and delivery across API, data, and AI layers. You will drive engineering excellence, performance, reliability, and production readiness while mentoring engineers and guiding design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and system design for GenAI-enabled platforms.
• Mentor engineers and drive reviews, debt reduction and scalable practices.
• Own delivery across high-impact workstreams with planning and risk management.
• Ensure observability, reliability, and production readiness of systems.
• Collaborate with Product, AI/ML, DevOps, and Data teams on solutions.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform evolution.
