Job summary

TiDB is seeking a Director of AI Ecosystem Partnerships to own the partner landscape in the AI era. You will shape strategy, identify key AI platforms, and drive integrations that position TiDB as the data backbone for agentic AI.

You'll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales across North America, enabling co-innovation, joint solutions, and measurable business impact with strategic partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology partnerships or solutions alliances in AI/cloud/data infrastructure.
• Proven track record delivering product or solution integrations with measurable outcomes.
• Able to communicate complex technical value to engineers and C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute TiDB's AI ecosystem partnership strategy across NA.
• Drive integrations with AI platforms, LLM providers, and cloud partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales on joint solutions.
• Develop reference architectures and go-to-market assets with partners.
• Track partnership pipeline and report progress to leadership.
