Job summary

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We seek a hands-on Director of Product, Ecosystem to shape the platform for the next generation of AI applications and to own the product direction with developers and enterprise teams at heart.

You will build prototypes, test ideas, and collaborate across engineering, design, and external ecosystems to deliver capabilities developers choose to build on.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience building technical products, with ownership of AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, or developer tools.
• Track record of taking products from ambiguous customer problems to production adoption with measurable outcomes.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to work through architecture and implementation decisions with engineers.
• Hands-on approach: use APIs and SDKs, explore unfamiliar tools, and build working prototypes.
• Experience designing developer experiences across APIs, integrations, documentation, and workflows.
• Familiarity with how AI applications are built and infrastructure needs of agentic systems.
• Strong customer discovery skills and sound judgment about which needs can support a repeatable product.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including proposals, tradeoffs, and investments.
• Comfort setting direction, making decisions, and delivering in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, priorities, and roadmap for emerging opportunities in agentic infrastructure.
• Work directly with developers and enterprise teams to understand workflows and unmet needs.
• Translate customer insights into clear product decisions and scoped releases.
• Partner with engineering and design throughout discovery, development, launch, and iteration.
• Define success through developer adoption, production usage, customer outcomes, and business impact.
• Build prototypes, sample apps, and integrations to test ideas and make decisions concrete.
• Validate new concepts with customers and turn experiments into production offerings.
• Lead partnerships from initial concept through integration, launch, and adoption.
