Job summary

Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform for developers and enterprises. As Director of Product, Ecosystem, you will lead the strategy for agentic infrastructure, shaping capabilities that help developers reason, use tools, and take action at scale.

You will identify customer needs, explore new product opportunities, and translate ideas into production-ready capabilities, working across partnerships and ecosystem collaborations to define platform direction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building technical products, with ownership of AI infrastructure or developer tools.
• Track record of taking ambiguous problems to production adoption with measurable outcomes.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to work through architecture decisions with engineers.
• Hands-on approach using APIs/SDKs and building prototypes to test ideas.
• Experience designing developer experiences across APIs, integrations, docs, and workflows.
• Familiarity with AI applications and infrastructure needs of agentic systems.
• Strong customer discovery skills and judgment on repeatable needs.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including proposals and investment recommendations.
• Comfort setting direction and delivering in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, priorities, and roadmap for agentic infrastructure opportunities.
• Work with developers and enterprise teams to understand workflows, constraints, and needs.
• Translate insights into clear product decisions and scoped releases.
• Collaborate with engineering and design through discovery to launch and iteration.
• Define success via developer adoption, production usage, and business impact.
