The Senior Director, Process Excellence guides how Equinix reimagines key value streams for AI transformation.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years leading enterprise-level operational excellence in global orgs.
• Fluency in Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, and value stream methods.
• Working knowledge of AI, analytics, automation, and digital platforms.
• Strong facilitation and coaching with senior leaders.
• Experience developing management practices built on lean principles at scale.
• Deep understanding of organizational behavior and change management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sessions with leaders and engineers to map current flows and define future flow.
• Combine Lean, Six Sigma, BPM and value stream thinking with process mining for measurable gains.
• Design for decisions and outcomes, embedding AI into core workflows.
• Advise leaders on where AI applies and where it does not.
• Connect leaders, Digital and AI orgs, and change efforts to deployment and adoption.
• Ensure visibility into redesigned processes to sustain gains and catch drift.
• Establish enterprise-wide approach to prioritizing and launching value stream redesigns.
