Kohl’s is seeking a Manager, Organic & AI Search Strategy & Performance to lead the team driving high-impact search growth across Kohls.com. You’ll bridge operational leadership with cross-functional strategy, combining content execution, performance leadership, and emerging-discovery initiatives to boost authority, visibility, and commercial impact.

This role partners with Digital Engineering/IT, Product, Marketing, and Merchandising to embed organic search priorities into platforms and site

Qualifications

7+ years of leadership in digital marketing, e-commerce, or search within a large retail environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
Proven ability to manage and inspire multi-tiered teams and influence executives.
Experience translating macro digital performance into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

Lead a team driving organic search growth across Kohls.com and AI search platforms.
Partner with Digital Engineering/IT, Product, Marketing, and Merchandising to align initiatives.
Foster a Run, Improve, Transform culture and scalable workflows.
Oversee content optimization for high-volume product pages to maximize visibility and conversion.
Translate search trends and algorithm changes into clear business-value updates.
Build business cases to secure investments in tools, vendors, and team development.
