Job summary

Kohl's is seeking an Associate Organic & AI Search Analyst to serve as the core data and reporting support across the SEO and AI Search organization. You will translate search data, site health metrics, and web performance numbers into actionable insights to drive commercial impact and overall business performance for the team.

You will work with dashboards, AI-powered tooling, and cross-functional reporting to monitor trends, safeguard data accuracy, and support leadership with high-visibility

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, digital marketing, or SEO reporting, preferably in ecommerce/retail.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or Statistics.
• Strong expertise in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, organize, and format performance SEO, AEO, and GEO metrics for leadership reports.
• Maintain dashboards using Qlik, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Sheets; apply AI tools to optimize data collection.
• Run weekly/monthly data pulls to identify trends and anomalies for review.
• Monitor data feeds from Google Search Console, Conductor, and Merchant Center for accuracy.
• Pull keyword research, analyze search intent, and track content impact.
• Assist SEO with crawl reports, Core Web Vitals, and indexation trends pre/post launch.
• Support cross-functional projects with Social, Paid, and Digital Ops teams.
• Track brand mentions and sentiment across search and AI answer engines for opportunities.
• Monitor SERP features and zero-click trends to guide content and technical recommendations.
