Junior is building the AI operating system for investment research in New York. We are looking for a seasoned engineering leader to build our next chapter, reporting to the CTO and running day-to-day engineering operations—people, planning, delivery, reliability and recruiting.

This role stays close to code and architecture while defining delivery velocity, organizational design and hiring for a lean, high-performance team targeting 40–60 engineers as the business grows.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day engineering operations including people, planning, delivery, reliability and recruiting.
• Partner with CTO on product direction while turning direction into results.
• Ship production code and learn systems, tools, and processes.
• Build a lean organization capable of growing toward 40-60 engineers.
