Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking a Creative Strategy Lead to power our B2C growth from a NYC in-office base.

You’ll own the creative strategy and end-to-end production for an eight-figure annual budget, reporting to the Head of Growth and collaborating with paid media, analytics, patient ops, clinical, and design teams. Qualifications

• 4+ years in creative strategy or performance marketing.
• Strong instincts for paid creative and conversion.
• Fluent in hook rate, CTR, CVR, and CAC; connect numbers to story.
• Systems builder with AI-native approach.
• Deep empathy for patients 65+ and their care.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative-to-performance loop across Meta, Google, YouTube; set the roadmap and test plan.
• Build a high-volume, compliant creative engine with designers, editors, copywriters, freelancers, and AI tools.
• Set the creative strategy and roadmap across all channels grounded in data and patient insight.
• Run the creative testing engine: define KPIs, cadence, and scale successful formats.
• Create creative that resonates with adults 65+ and leads patient storytelling and testimonials.
• Lead and develop the creative team and external partners to delivery speed and quality.
• Build scalable systems for briefs, asset library, and AI-enabled production.
• Ensure brand protection and HIPAA/compliance across performance campaigns.
• Be the internal creative voice, aligning brand expression with patient perspective.
