Job summary

BigTime is building an autonomous back office powered by an AI-native platform. You will lead the product management team, owning the roadmap, release sequencing, and scope decisions for the new platform, while guiding the BigTime Delivery roadmap for existing customers.

This role requires 8+ years in product management at the Director level, 10+ at Senior Director, and hands-on experience with B2B SaaS, AI in products, and cross-functional leadership across time zones.

Qualifications

8+ years in product management for the Director level, 10+ for Senior Director, including at least three years managing PMs.
B2B SaaS experience on a product with real operational or financial depth.
You have built something new at a company that already had customers to protect.
You use AI in your own work for analysis and have shipped AI or agent capability in a real product.
You are comfortable in front of customers at the executive level.
You have managed people in other time zones and can align Sales, Support, and Marketing.
You have developed PMs.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap and release sequencing for the new platform.
Lead the product management team, including hiring and coaching.
Own specifications; we use spec-driven development.
Run the Customer Advisory Board and manage executive relationships with large accounts.
Coordinate with Engineering, Support, Implementation, CX, Marketing, and Finance.
Oversee BigTime Delivery decisions on fixes and timing.
