The Opportunity

You will build and lead your own Data & AI consulting unit with full autonomy, operating within a boutique data consulting group with legal, finance, and operational support already handled. You bring the vision and the drive; the platform handles the rest. Equity participation is on the table, structured around the performance and growth of your unit.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and execute a business plan for your Data & AI unit, setting direction, defining targets, and owning the P&L
• Build and grow a client portfolio through direct business development: prospecting, pitching, proposals, and closing
• Define and refine the value proposition for your unit's service offering, covering positioning, target sectors, and go-to-market approach
• Lead end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements, maintaining quality and client relationships
• Hire, develop, and grow your own team over time, from first hires through to a scaled practice
• Leverage the broader group ecosystem, including access to existing clients, shared infrastructure, and parallel ventures such as Echomotion
• Bring existing clients, projects, or team members if you have them, or build from scratch

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in Data and/or AI consulting: you understand the market, the buyers, and what good delivery looks like
• A strong business development track record: you've won clients, grown accounts, and can point to commercial results
• Technical grounding in data and/or AI, enough to credibly lead engagements, shape solutions, and earn the trust of technical teams
• An entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, motivated by ownership, and think like a founder
• Leadership experience: you've managed or mentored people and know how to build a team culture
