Job summary

Town, an applied AI company in San Francisco, is hiring for a community-focused role. You’ll own Town's community strategy, events, and programs, building a thriving ecosystem that helps users get more from our AI assistant.

You'll partner with marketing, product, and support to turn community insights into tangible improvements, and you'll run events from concept to delivery, ensuring measurable impact and engagement in SF’s office full-time.

Qualifications

• Experience in community, customer marketing, or event marketing.
• Built programs or communities from scratch and can point to impact.
• AI workflow experience and ability to optimize user setups.
• Strong writing and clear communication for public-facing content.

Responsibilities

• Own Town's community strategy end to end, including audiences and programs.
• Build the peer-learning engine and distribute user-created content.
• Grow the online community by setting the tone and encouraging engagement.
• Create and manage the events calendar: show-and-tells, builder nights, workshops, and dinners.
• Close the loop with Product and Support to feed insights back to the team.
