Job summary

NielsenIQ is seeking a Director-level leader to own the AI commerce data strategy and architecture. You will define how NIQ translates data assets into agentic commerce, set governance standards, and influence partner negotiations with senior stakeholders.

You will operate as an individual contributor, providing technical leadership and strategic framing to advance AI-driven product operations and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in digital/AI with e-commerce or CRM experience.
• Experience translating technical concepts for executives.
• Ability to originate methodologies and standards with pilots.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead NIQ's AI and data strategy for AI Commerce partnerships.
• Architect and govern AI-driven systems and knowledge-base structures.
• Translate complex architecture for senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Partner with Product leaders to align architecture with product priorities.
