NielsenIQ is seeking a Director, AI Commerce Analytics (USA Based Remote) to lead the AI and data strategy for NIQ's Commerce partnerships and product operations. You will shape standards, own the architecture, and drive governance across multi-agent AI systems, ensuring data assets power agent-mediated discovery and partner negotiations.

You will translate complex AI mechanics into insights for senior stakeholders and design scalable architectures for AI-driven partnerships and product

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years in digital, technology, or AI with ecommerce focus.
• Proven ability to originate methodologies and standards.
• Experience translating technical concepts to non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Define NIQ's data products and AI governance for AI Commerce.
• Translate architecture decisions to executive stakeholders.
• Lead development of agent-based data strategy and partnerships.
• Establish AI tooling governance with clear ownership.
